**We are looking for three concierges to fill the following shifts**:

- **Saturday & Sunday, 7am - 3pm**:

- **Saturday & Sunday, 3pm - 11pm**:

- **Saturday & Sunday, 11pm - 7am**

We are currently looking for three Part-Time Concierges for our building in **Burnaby, BC**

**Duties and responsibilities**

As a Concierge, you are responsible for being the primary contact and source of information and services for residents and their guests. You are responsible for greeting all residents with a warm smile and doing the utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service. Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to problem solve and diffuse sticky situations.

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
- At least one year of Customer Service Experience is required
- Excellent written and oral command of the **English **language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.

- Masks provided to all associates
- Residents in all buildings are informed of our COVID protocols and how procedures have been adjusted

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
