4 Seasons group of companies is a local family-owned business experiencing tremendous growth this past year. We are looking for an energetic meticulous individual to coordinate and assist with accounts payable, accounts recievable, and payroll..

We are looking to Hire Full Time finance Position to Join our Team Asap.

Job Description,
- Processing shipping documents, including bills of lading.
- Managing budgets, as well as processing purchase orders and payments.
- performing payroll administration.
- Complying to transportation regulations and company policies.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Maintaining databases and filing systems.
- Recording and reconciling office expenses
- Managing employee expense processes
- Processing client/customer payments
- Compiling financial reports.
- Managing reimbursement processes
- Creating invoices and billing clients
- Creating and maintaining office documentation
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Organizing our fleet and mechanic shop files in order.
- Setting up online conferences
- Updating employee handbooks and other relevant policy documents
- Updating spreadsheets and other data entry tasks
- Storing sensitive information correctly

Qualifications:

- Experience in Microsoft office, QuickBooks, Is a Must.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail - Ability to handle stressful situations, multitask, meet deadlines as well as work well and adapt to an ever changing fast paced

environment - Computer literate with Microsoft Office programs - Previous experience using QuickBooks. - A positive work attitude and willing to learn new things - Great Organizational skills - Great customer service skills - Commitment to continual improvement

The working schedule is Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $53,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:
