The Technical Advisor is the direct link between the client and the technician. His responsibilities are to understand customer needs, respond to them and explain technical aspects. He must then notify the shop technician or the one on the road of any problems and repairs to be made on the machinery.

**Duties related to the position;**
- Opening and closing of work orders (BT);
- Invoicing of work orders (BT);
- Greet customers at the dealership and/or answer calls
- Effectively question, analyze customer needs and keep them informed about necessary repairs;
- Offer and promote various after-sales services and prevention or maintenance services;
- Schedule and schedule service appointments with clients;
- Plan, coordinate and manage the work schedule of the team of technicians in the shop or on the road;
- Act as an intermediary and communicate information between technicians and customers;
- Make follow-up calls, maintain the relationship with customers and retain them;
- Work in collaboration with the parts team to ensure the availability of parts in inventory or on order;
- Take payments or negotiate payment arrangements with clients;
- Any other related tasks.

**Required criteria;**
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office software;
- Ease of computer learning (Software);
- Bilingualism French and English oral/written
