We achieve this by delivering timely, holistic educational environments to targeted markets.”_ **About The Role** We are seeking an efficient Marketing Assistant who will provide support for our Head Office’s Marketing Team. **Responsibilities**: - Performs daily updates in Microsoft Project - Maintains Marketing Team calendars - Monitors processes and follows up with stakeholders and vendors as necessary - Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Other duties as assigned **Required skills**: - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple job demands, problem solve and troubleshoot with mínimal supervision - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills - Proficient in use of Office 365, particularly Outlook and Project **Experience**: Minimum one year’s experience in a similar role **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Dental care - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off Schedule: - Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: The position is currently work-from-home and will potentially move to working from the office when deemed safe. **Experience**: - Marketing Assistant: 1 year (required)
