**About Us**:
**Capital Cardiology **is a state of the art cardiovascular center serving the Ottawa region. Our growing team of cardiologists and allied healthcare professionals are committed to providing high standards diagnostic tests and Cardiology consultation services.

We offer a wide array of on-site cardiac testing including echocardiography, stress test, Holter monitoring, ECG, and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and myocardial perfusion imaging.

We have recently expanded and opened a second location in Kanata, to further enhance our reach and offer ease of access to cardiac care to the west end population.

**What we are hiring for?**

We are hiring a part-time Medical Practice Liaison to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationship with the referring physicians and primary care practice in the Ottawa Carleton Valley area, by performing periodic visits to these clinics to educate them on the services we provide.
- Maintain and grow the professional referral stream, by monitoring referral patterns and arranging meetings between our team and teams of other organizations when necessary.
- Work with primary care offices to streamline the referral process such as assistance in integrating the referral forms in their referral system.
- Oversee and execute a marketing plan and out-reach programs.
- Work with management on addressing patients or referring physicians complaints or concerns.
- Oversee the social media accounts, such as Linked In profiles and websites.
- Work with Management on organizing occasional professional development or educational events.
- Support the creation and execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor Degree from a Canadian school, preferably in the field of Business, Marketing or Healthcare.
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada.
- Bilingualism is not a must but would be an asset.
- Experience in sales or marketing.
- A driver license and a vehicle, as the job requires driving to different locations within the Ottawa valley area.
- A background in healthcare is not a must but would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $16.55-$26.01 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 30 per week
