Our mission is simple: create work that drives results.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our Ottawa team. You’ll be working on-site, building relationships, closing deals, and driving growth for Cavara. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on achieving targets, understands the marketing & advertising industry, and can confidently represent our agency to major brands.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in advertising, video production, and brand strategy.Develop and deliver tailored proposals and pitches that win clients.Maintain and grow strong client relationships.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project delivery.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.Represent Cavara with confidence, energy, and professionalism.RequirementsProven sales experience in the marketing/advertising industry (agency background strongly preferred).Strong negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills.Deep understanding of marketing and creative services.Ottawa-based, with the ability to work on-site.Results-oriented, with a demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding targets.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for more than a salesperson – we want a growth partner.
