**Designation: Technical Sales Representative - NOC 62100**

**Duration: Full time - 40 hours per week**

**Salary: $29.50 per hour**

**Duties and Responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain and grow sales relationship for the products Industrial hose and Expansion joints (EJ’s).
- Identify and solicit the clients based on previous people handling experience and the product domain knowledge of industrial hose and expansion joints
- Suggest correct products on the basis of the technical specifications like tender document or Mechanical engineering drawing or from the existing P&ID’s
- Estimate time and costs of manufacturing of the hoses and EJ’s for Canada, US or International clients enquiries in VISUAL software to create quote and order
- Develop quarterly sales presentations and proposals as per the latest technical upgradation in the industrial hoses market.
- Process customer orders and ensure they are kept on track as per VISUAL software by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, production, quality control and operations staff, to ensure seamless integration of industrial hose solutions into manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with the outside sales team in sustaining an excellent level of customer service.
- Involve in preparing cost estimates, and in market researches to prepare analysis of different sales and marketing related projects.
- Perform order processing, vendor follow up and lead time monitoring.
- Liaise with sales and other departments regarding pricing, orders, delivery, invoicing and shipping schedules.
- **Requirements**_
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Mechanical Aptitude with over a decade of Industrial manufacturing background required.
- Experience in VISUAL software background will be an asset.
- Experience in scheduling software is an asset
- Experience in multicultural society is an asset
- A driver's licence and a good driving record will be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in verbal (spoken with clarity) and written English and MS Office required.
