The technical advisor is responsible for providing customers with as much technical information as possible in order to guide them through the repair of their vehicule.

**Main functions**:

- Answering customer calls
- Listen to customers, analyze their needs and explain the repairs required on their bus.
- Diagnose the mechanical problem and suggest the necessary repairs

**Skills required**:

- knowledge in heavy-duty road vehicle mechanics
- Bilingual (an asset)
- be good in communications
- Able to read wriring diagram

**Salary**: $78,000.00-$83,000.00 per year
