This is a unique opportunity to support mental health professionals in a calm, respectful, and client-focused environment. Monday-Thursday 10AM-2PM.

**Duties**
- Greet clients with empathy and professionalism, creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders
- Handle client intake forms and maintain confidential records
- Coordinate billing, payments, and insurance documentation
- Support therapists with administrative tasks and office organization

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
