**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently.
- Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable items.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during peak hours.
- Stay updated on promotions, sales, and store policies to provide accurate information.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
- Proficient in cashiering and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls when necessary.
- Ability to effectively upsell products based on customer preferences.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage transactions accurately.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and services.
