**Overview**

For almost 50 years Boldt Pools & Spas has helped the Niagara region realize their backyard dreams by offering first class sales, installation and service for pools, hot tubs, patios and much more. Our Service Department provides professional pool opening and closing services, liner and cover installation, leak detection and repair, gas heater and equipment installation and repair, pad installation and hot tub servicing.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide outstanding service to our customers while overseeing the front-line office team. As an integral member of our service team, the Office Supervisor manages customer interactions, builds ongoing relationships with our customers by providing and promoting exceptional customer service delivery. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of our office while supporting administrative functions and training development.

**Duties**
- Supervise and lead the service office team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service delivery.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Oversee the service schedule, ensuring it is kept efficient and productive and all work orders are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with technicians to manage scheduling, provide ongoing support and information to customers and recommend appropriate services or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Train and mentor front-line office staff on computer programs, processes, policies and procedures and best practices in customer interactions
- Coordinate, assign and review work of service team
- Coordinate with other department activities that relate to service delivery
- Oversee the liner and cover sales, ordering, scheduling and completion
- Establish work schedules
- Monitor ordering of proper parts and supplies, coordinating with purchasing as needed

**Qualifications**
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel; and Navision; able to learn new computer programs
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively and confidently
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of work, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-tasks effectively
- Sales experience is a bonus, specifically in a team environment, where you've set or been given goals and worked with a team to achieve those goals.
