**Dilawri Group of Companies - BC Region** is currently looking to fill a position of an **Accounts Receivable.**

**Essential Duties**:

- Daily posting of deposits in CDK system.
- Reconcile all pertaining to AR.
- Following up with dealership management to ensure the timely collection of all receivables.
- Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales and service departments and from customers.
- Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
- Other related duties as assigned by management.

**All successful applicants must possess the following qualities**:

- Have working knowledge of the accounting cycle.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be extremely organized.
- Pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to handle high volume of transactions within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Previous AR experience in an automotive setting would be an asset.
- CDK experience would be an asset.
