- We're currently seeking a knowledgeable and driven **Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager** to join our **Business Office** and help our customers navigate financing and protection options with confidence and transparency.

**Position Overview**:

- As an **F&I Manager**, you'll be responsible for arranging financing, presenting insurance and protection products, and finalizing all paperwork in a professional and compliant manner. You'll work closely with our sales team and financial institutions to ensure smooth and efficient deal flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present financing, leasing, and insurance options clearly and ethically to customers
- Secure financing and leasing approvals through banks and other lenders
- Offer and explain extended warranties, protection packages, and other aftermarket products
- Accurately complete and submit all required documentation in compliance with provincial and federal regulations
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, lenders, and internal departments
- Stay current on financial programs, rate changes, and compliance requirements
- Support and achieve dealership F&I performance targets

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive finance (F&I) or related business office role
- Experience working with dealer management systems (Era Ignite knowledge is a bonus) and F&I software
- Proven track record in achieving sales and product targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skill and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
