**Job Title**: Kitchen Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and guidelines
- Support kitchen staff in cooking and serving dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Handle and store food items properly to prevent spoilage and contamination
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow food safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
