- Provide analytics and collaborate with Worldwide/Enterprise Sales Executives at the customer-level to create pricing strategies and shipping metric analyses.
- Consults with global customer segment to determine implementation requirements and provides project management, analytical, and sales/customer support, etc.
- Lead, manage, and facilitate customer implementations, customer presentations, customer business reviews, pre-work for proposals, shipping analytics, root cause analysis, customer meetings, etc.
- Support development and execution of sales strategies to increase revenue and attain margin/yield goals for assigned FedEx accounts.
- Reduces sales cycle by managing internal sales processes and customer requirements.
- Develop content and present customized solution presentations to customers that include statistical information (shipping profiles, service levels, root cause analysis, industry trends/information, etc.).

**So what do you need to do all of this? How about**
- Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative degree.
- 4+ years of experience in a Sales/Business Development Analyst role.
- Prior experience working as a sales or business development analyst.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Ruby considered an asset.
- Bilingualism considered an asset but not required.
- Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and research skills.
