**Key Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Participate in and contribute to the maturity of the Business Analysis discipline within the team. Leverage standard tools and techniques (wire frames, work flows, case diagrams and other documentation) to develop appropriate Business Requirements, while accepting coaching and mentoring from the Seniors on the team.
- Participate in the Change Request (CR) intake process. Liaise with IT Governance team on the prioritization of CRs to be worked on and ensure business users have an appropriate level of communication relative to the status of their CRs. Coordinate third party support of CR development when required.
- Design, develop and change processes to facilitate the business use of information systems. Identify problems and recommend process changes to resolve them. Work with external software manufacturers to resolve problems and new enhancements and suggest changes to address business needs. Discuss problems with business staff and make recommendations for solving business issues with technology solutions.
- Participate in the change, incident and problem management process, ensuring resolution and closure of assigned tickets in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a four-year university degree in Information Technology or by having the equivalent level of education.
- 2-4 years of business analyst or equivalent experience.
- Ability to clearly and concisely articulate goals and objectives; listens actively and effectively and clarifies information as needed; interprets verbal and non-verbal messages; communicates tactfully and candidly.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and techniques, which lead to conflict resolution, creating lasting productive partnerships.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple stakeholders and changing demands with supervision.
