- Certificate in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Experience as a Legal Assistant, Law Clerk or Paralegal
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation
- Familiarity with legal research tools
- Excellent interviewing skills to gather information from clients and witnesses
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Clio
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files
- Proficient in research techniques to gather relevant case information
- Data entry skills to accurately input information into legal databases

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
