**Position Details**Administer professional services agreements,
- Develop project budgets,
- Develop contracting strategies,
- Determine user requirements and
- Ensure the accurate reflection of those requirements in construction documents
- Other duties include:
- Preparation of tender documents
- Preparation of contracts
- Contract administration
- Developing cost estimates
- Performing on site construction observations
- Managing the implementation of approved projects within a project management system

**Position Qualifications**- A University Degree & a minimum of 3 years of experience (all of which should relate to the construction project management or construction experience)
- Or a College Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience(all of which should relate to the construction project management or construction experience)
- Equivalent combinations of education and construction experience will be considered- Project Management qualifications
- Professional designations relevant to the construction industry, and
- Experience in developing cost estimates for building systems in an institutional or commercial environment would be considered an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
