**About You**

We are seeking a **Manager, Global Compensation** to lead and enhance our global compensation programs. This strategic role works in close partnership with the **Senior Director, People Operations**, **Chief People Officer**, and other senior leaders, including the **CFO** and **General Counsel**, to ensure our compensation structures are equitable, competitive, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global compensation programs and policies, with a strong focus on job benchmarking, job leveling, merit/bonus cycles, budgeting, equity, and market analysis including inflation adjustments. This role also requires hands-on project management to drive compensation initiatives and ensure best-in-class practices that support our growing global workforce.

**What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact**
- Design and lead compensation strategy across global markets, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and fiscal responsibility.
- Manage compensation programs: benchmarking, pay ranges, annual cycles, equity, and market-based adjustments.
- Ensure compliance & optimize policies while leveraging tools to drive efficiency and accuracy across 15+ countries.
- Advise leaders and HRBPs on compensation decisions, providing education, data-driven insights, and clear communication.
- Lead and grow the compensation team, fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.

**What we’re looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CCP a plus).
- 10+ years’ experience in compensation, ideally in global/high-growth environments, with proven success scaling programs across multiple countries.
- Strong expertise in compensation strategy, benchmarking (Radford), job leveling, and program management.
- High proficiency with data analysis, compensation tools, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align compensation with business goals.
