The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stable operation of our IT infrastructure as well as providing front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software.
**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day operations and support of the IT infrastructure.
- Perform system monitoring and maintenance of all on premise and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, backup and recovery.
- Ensure daily backup checklist are completed.
- Hands-on management of O365.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in the information technology field with direct experience in networking and interconnecting of multiple sites.
- Managing and administering Active Directory (AD), group policy updates, AD site configuration and major version upgrades
- Managing end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices and information security guidelines.
- Managing Windows Server OS (2008 R2 to 2019), VMWare 5.x and above.
- Working knowledge of network protocols and security controls (Firewalls, IDS /IPS etc.)
