- Perform installations of products at customer locations according to specifications and guidelines.
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to verify functionality and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns during the installation process.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are ready for use at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and share best practices.
- Document installation processes and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
**Experience**
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical instructions and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime as needed.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for travel to job sites.
