- Oversee the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance restaurant visibility and attract new customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and financial tracking.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in team management, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse group of employees.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus, enhancing overall guest experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Background in cooking or food preparation is advantageous for effective communication with kitchen staff.
