**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform account reconciliation, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Conduct account analysis to support budgeting and financial planning.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team collaboration.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a bookkeeper or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in office 365
- Experience with payroll processing, account reconciliation, budgeting, and account analysis is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
