As a Sales Assistant, you will support people making one of the biggest purchases of their lives. You’ll generate excitement around our homes and communities, conduct sales presentations for visitors to our Home Stores, ensure our Home Stores are clean and presentable, update our CRM, and aid with signage management and general administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in any aspect of real estate development. You will receive extensive training, gain a deeper understanding of the industry, have mentorship opportunities with seasoned professionals, and be considered for promotion opportunities in the wider organization. Many of Mosaic’s top performers started as assistants and moved up to roles in construction, marketing, land, development, and of course, sales.

This is a full-time role located in North Vancouver.

Who You Are
You have or are working on a post-secondary degree and have prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality. You are willing to work at various locations around the Lower Mainland. Bonus points if you can drive and have access to a vehicle.
You have a passion for real estate, are on top of the latest trends, and have an appreciation for great branding and visual merchandising. You can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
You are a self-starter, organized, efficient and can think on your feet. You are always striving to hone your skills, do your best work and support your team.
Finally, you’re a team player who builds relationships and brings out the best in others. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude who sees possibilities and opportunities.
