_Ark Marketing_ is currently looking for a passionate and dedicated **Full-Time Sales Assistant** (entry level) to bring on our developing Sales team The Sales Assistant we bring on board will reflect the very core of our business by leading from the front, increasing sales revenue, and building long-lasting brand relationships with clientele. **Please note, daily commute to our North York Office is required (North York, ON M2H 2N8).**

**Sales Assistant (Entry Level) will**:

- Initiate relationships with new and existing consumers to educate them on the services available to them with the goal of closing sales
- Engage the consumers into a conversation and listen carefully to understand the concerns of the consumers and determine their needs
- Supervise and train brand new associates
- Assist the Sales and Marketing managers with dispositioning of leads and territory, booking and coordination of retail events, tracking performance of sales teams and organizing sales records
- Work efficiently in a team, and independently with minimum direction

**The Ideal Applicants will have**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role, sales role, business development role, or marketing role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible full-time availability
- Valid drivers license and a personal vehicle

**Salary**: $620.00-$760.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
