MARKET MANAGER
Reporting to the General Manager, the Market Manager is responsible for managing the relationship between our franchisees, ensuring superior and consistent delivery of Brand, and sales and operations targets for the Market. The Market Manager acts as a professional business manager, coach and consultant to ensure the success of the stores within their Market. The position is a key change agent in a dynamic, ever-evolving business.

This role is responsible for the following:
Identifying gaps in all aspects of site performance including planograms, marketing, customer service, merchandising standards, operational standards and provide training to Franchisees through the use of tools, processes and support.

Maximizing all sales development potential whilst protecting the company’s interests and reputation, through coaching, training, motivating and inspiring Franchisees and peers to deliver higher performance and growth within the marketplace.

Managing and maintaining Franchisee relationships at site level, supporting Franchisees to achieve and maintain top class site performance and consistent delivery of the Brand in the territory.

Identifying and approving potential new locations within the Market.

Operationally interviewing and approving all new franchisees within the Market.

Training of new franchisees and staff on operational standards, merchandising standards, and customer service

Training, setting up, rolling out and executing new programs at store level.

**Requirements**:

- Must have legal authorization to work in the Canada on a full-time basis
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in a similar role
- Must be able to travel
- Evidence of strong leadership attributes (Authenticity, Collaboration, Performance, Growth) and adherence to core values (Honesty, Integrity, Respect for People)
- Must have the drive and passion to compete and to win in the marketplace
- Self-starter and results oriented. Strong past performance and track record for delivery.
- Demonstrable competence in implementing standard processes, achieving sales targets, building relationships, delivering customer commitments.
- Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities and multiple parallel activities
- Ability to work with ambiguity and uncertainty Experience in different areas of the Retail business.
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal Skills
- Commitment to develop team members
- Good Understandings on P&L
- High mobility and existing driver's license

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
