We share our expertise from concept to completion - ensuring developments are sustainable for generations to come. **We are looking for an enthusiastic site labourer who will support our construction team and be an onsite worker, helping build communities at full throttle, all the while, upleveling their skills and working towards becoming a Site Lead.**

**Duties**:

- Assist with various construction tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth to prepare for construction
- Operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and jackhammers
- Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Valid driver's license is a plus
