We are building a culture where differences are valued and celebrated. **Construction Labourer** - ________________________________________ Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the Construction Labourer will be responsible for the acceptance of materials, prepping and maintenance of install sites and delivering materials to site crews. **Key Responsibilities**: - Receive, organise, and coordinate daily shipments and deliveries - Load and unload materials and deliver to install crews as required - Erecting solar PV racking and panels in coordination with installation crew - Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site - Provide labor support as needed for installation crews, leads and supervisors - Complete site checks and cleanup at conclusion of each day - Maintain materials and tools for site. - Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliance **Work Conditions**: **Requirements**: - Proven safety attitude and excellent attendance history - Required: A valid Driver’s License and a reliable method of transportation to the project site which may require extensive travel. - Willing to learn and take direction - Must have a strong work ethic, focus and accountability to team success. - Able to work safely, effectively, and independently. - Must have CSA or ANSI Class I approved safety footwear, ankle support height with green triangle and hard hat, high visibility all weather clothing.
