About the Role

As a Porsche Service Advisor, you will serve as the key liaison between our valued customers and our skilled technician team. You will exemplify professionalism, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional, personalized service experience to every Porsche client

- Assist walk-in customers and build lasting relationships to grow your client portfolio

- Support your fellow Service Advisors with overflow work and collaborative teamwork

- Accurately open and invoice repair orders while ensuring compliance with Porsche service standards

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair quotations, approvals, and progress updates

- Review Porsche maintenance schedules, warranty coverage, and loaner vehicle policies

- Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely completion and quality assurance

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of Service Advisor experience (luxury or European brand experience preferred)

- Familiarity with CDK, XTIME, Kimoby, and Porsche PPN systems an asset

- Strong automotive knowledge and an understanding of performance vehicle service standards

- Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and attention to detail

- A passion for the Porsche brand and dedication to delivering an exceptional ownership experience
