**Office Manager - Temporary Position (Maternity Leave Coverage)**

You are self-motivated, have good people and organizational skills, professional attitude, and appearance. You are experienced and knowledgeable in all facets of Office Management. The Office Manager will be required to facilitate the smooth operations of all administrative functions of the business.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Administrative experience: minimum 1 year.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is required.
- Certifications in the areas of safety and equipment operation - including WHMIS, CPR, First AID, etc.
- Must possess a strong understanding of accounting practices.
- Familiarity with LMN is considered an asset.
- College Diploma or equivalent working experience an asset.

**Your duties will include**:

- Professionally communicate with clients through phone calls, in-person interactions or mail.
- Coordinate with Bookkeeper.
- Liaise with IT for office technology and support.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and ordering.
- Manage marketing & social media.
- Manage insurance records and policy updates.
- Maintain physical and electronic customer and equipment files.
- Perform reception duties and qualify incoming leads.
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and the LMN system.
- Ensure the effective maintenance and functionality of office technology.
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate in consort with other managers in the company.
- Other duties as assigned by president.

This is a full-time position paying a salary of $50,000 to $65,000 per year with benefits. Pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
