Wage**:$20.75 Hrly**.

**Overview**:
As a Human Resources Assistant you are expected to assist the Human Resources department by supporting daily objectives.

**Schedule**:
You will be scheduled for 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Assisting with Weekly Payroll Administration for Hourly Employees
- Perform General Administrative duties including filing and scanning documents
- Perform Report Maintenance and Manipulation of data
- Assisting in recruitment activities
- Executing onboarding process (Coordinating orientation, preparing documents)
- Handling of employee records and paperwork in a confidential manner
- Any other tasks assigned to assist the HR departments daily functions

**Qualification Requirements**
- Working towards or interested in a Career in Human Resources or a business function alike
- Preference given to recent Graduate of Business Administration or HR, and/or payroll experience/education
- Those with interest in the field with no experience are also encouraged to apply

- Continuous typing
- Prolonged phone use

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Moderate Excel abilities
- Experience working with entire Microsoft Suite
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Organization and coordination skills
