**Summary of Role**

**Sales Associate Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer inquiries, educate about service.
- Accommodate customer requests with an upbeat, positive attitude.
- Flexible thinking, ability to adjust quickly to unique situations.
- Schedule appointments accurately that work within hours of operation and Franchise parameters.
- Respond to customer feedback in an expeditious, professional manner.
- Interact with Franchise Partners and Truck Team members, ensuring seamless interaction for our customers.
- Be punctual and attend all shifts as scheduled. At times, flexibility of scheduling may be required due to seasonality and staffing.
- Upfront and open communication with peers and management.

Sales Associate Competencies:

- Customer service skills and etiquette, including exceptional oral and written communication and ability to follow clear and concise directive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals, daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Understanding of your contribution as part of a Corporate team.

Minimum Requirements:

- Completed Education (vocational, trade, associate or bachelor’s, or equivalent working experience)
- This is a full time position. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends and rotating holiday schedule.
- Full English fluency
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- At least two (2) years of Customer Service experience
- Previous Sales experience an asset
