In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in managing administrative tasks, coordinating service schedules, and supporting our service team to ensure a seamless customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries about service appointments, repairs, and maintenance, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Welcome customers warmly, whether in person or over the phone, and provide clear, accurate details about available services.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience and fostering trust.
- Support the service advisor with coordinating shop and/or road technicians.
- Support with the preparation and maintenance of accurate service records, and repair orders.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update the service database and related systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate freight arrangements for the timely pick-up and delivery of service work as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless support when needed.
- Uphold workplace health and safety practices at all times.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong typing skills at 50-60 wpm, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Positive and professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills, alongside superb customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized with excellent problem-solving skills.

**Training, Education and Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a service-related administrative role, preferably in the automotive/equipment industry.
- High School Diploma.

**Compensation Package**:

- Salary between $40,000 and $50,000 depending on experience and qualifications, along with vacation, extended benefits, and an RRSP matching plan.

**Working Conditions**:The Service Administrator is based out of the Surrey office and works 40 hours on average per week Monday to Friday.
