Sales Associate – Staples Canada Join the Staples Canada team as a Sales Associate. Deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies, and support operational excellence. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer engagement. Drive sales in furniture, technology, and supplies areas. Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders. Ensure operational excellence and uphold store brand standards. Support all merchandising and signage standards, including planograms and stocking. Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. Engage with customers, offering tailored products and services. Handle transactions using the POS system, including shipping and marketing tools. Calmly de-escalate complex customer situations or refer to a manager. Maintain a clean and safe store environment. Qualifications 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
