Customer Service Supervisor

The Customer Service Supervisor provides frontline leadership for the efficient

execution of customer service activities.

Focused on continuous improvement, this position oversees and/or contributes to the

planning, development and implementation of procedures and activities to meet and

exceed our internal and external expectations.

What You Will Do:

- Accountable for accurate, smooth communications between Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and their external and internal customers
- Ensure the order fulfillment and claims process is properly supported by the
- CSRs during initial entry and subsequent changes
- Assist in developing and maintaining Customer Service procedures and best
- practices
- Coach and identify talent with CSR and address performance issues
- Resolve complex customer concerns through appropriate levels. Act as a liaison
- to other departments to facilitate the resolution of customer inquiries or
- complaints
- Be willing and ready to assist at all times with any troubleshooting the team may
- need and work closely and in unison with the Team Lead

What You Offer

Degree or 3+ years of Supervisory or leadership experience

Proactively drives and leads process improvement.

Minimum of 3 years working in an office work environment

Strong Communication skills (Verbal and Written) in both French and English

2-5 or more years of customer service experience required with a focus
