Industrial Cold Milling is part of Miller Paving Atlantic, based in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Industrial Cold Milling provides service to public and private sectors organization.

**As a Milling Groundsperson, You Will**:

- Operate and run ground controls on milling machine
- Mill, maintain, and monitor a desired depth/slope
- Monitor and evaluate upcoming pathway for any interruptions in progress and address, as required
- Assist with clean up at the completion of each pass
- Assist with maintenance, as required
- Other duties as required

**What You'll Bring**:

- Valid class 5 driver’s licence with driver’s abstract meeting Miller expectations
- 2 to 3 years of experience on a milling crew
- Knowledge of grades: cross slops, super elevations, offset grades, swales, etc. an asset
- General equipment operation experience in road construction is required
- Ability to use mobile technology including tablet, laptops; knowledge of MS Office including Teams and Outlook
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot with assistance
- Effective team player
- Ability to operate in a fast paced and demanding environment in a safe and effective manner
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others; team player who is willing to help in all areas; excellent customer service skills
- Must have high attention to detail and the ability to work and think critically
- Travel is required and will also require weekend work
