**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate and monitor machinery, including lathes and CNC machines, to produce precision parts.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet specifications and standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments to assemble components accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in machining processes, including lathe operation and assembly techniques.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks for design interpretation is preferred.
- Experience with Fanuc controls is an advantage.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation effectively.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
