Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, drink recipes, and mixology techniques is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment
- Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Familiarity with the food industry and understanding of food pairing with drinks is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
