**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Monitor and improve Azure and AWS Infra setup.
- Administer the ITSP Office Network, including Firewall, VPN, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.
- Provide support to client issues and requests.
- Administer Azure and Local AD setup.
- Manage the Local Infra, including VMware Host.
- Setup the endpoint management solution
- Set up the PCs and configure standard software through endpoint management, including office config, security software, etc.
- Be available on-call on rotation and for critical issues during off hours and/or weekends.
- Carry the offshore on-call phone during the on-call schedule to support the client's issues.
- Monitor Android iOS devices through MDM setup like Hexnode, including Android-based KIOSKs.
- Improve the organization's security posture by improving network and server security.
- Proactively suggest better infrastructure approaches through quantifiable measures.
- Automate server trend tracking and monitoring alerts
- Develop/modify automation scripts and infra and code.
- Manage user access and on-off boarding.
- Monitor the periodic server patching.
- Perform server optimizations/finetuning/resizing etc.
- Travel to client locations in Ontario for infra setup/KIOSKs implementation and support
- Perform network configuration on the network video recorders and cameras to configure in the IOT platform.
- Assist client's network and support team with tech expertise.
- Coordinate with client staff for handling support issues.

**Experience**
- 1 to 2 years of system administrator work experience
- Experience with Windows Server (2012/2019), Windows 10, Unix
- Experience in automating processes using Microsoft scripting languages like PowerShell and Batch.
- Experience with Endpoint Management / RMM tools
- Experience in hardware installations and willingness to setup infrastructure at client locations
- Experience in field support at client locations
- Experience in office network/firewall / VPN setup
- Experience in AD Group Policies
- Experience in Azure/AWS Cloud infrastructure management
- Knowledge of Windows and Unix scripting
- Excellent Team Player
- Good communication skills
- Documentation skills to prepare SOPs and Runbooks

**Nice to have skills**:

- Experience/knowledge of GCP / Terraform scripting
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Knowledge of the platform as code
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Experience with SCCM, Hyper-V
- Printer setup experience
- Android / iOS skills
- DevOps knowledge
- Database querying knowledge
- Research skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor degree

Pay: $48,750.29-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
