**Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting**
- Provide remote, in-person, and over-the-phone troubleshooting, using diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions based on help desk tickets.
- Educate and assist employees with multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup, password resets, and security best practices.
- Document common troubleshooting procedures and solutions in an internal knowledge base for future reference.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT support level or external vendors, ensuring timely resolution.

**2. System Administration & IT Operations**
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing within Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Active Directory.
- Support SharePoint and Teams site administration, ensuring proper access controls, file sharing settings, and user permissions.
- Assist with device management, endpoint security updates, and policy enforcement through Microsoft Intune.
- Support the rollout of Microsoft Intune for device management, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption among end users.
- Enroll and configure new hardware in Intune, setting up devices for secure access and efficient user onboarding.
- Provide support for BYOD, ensuring secure access and compliance with company IT standards.
- Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory, ensuring proper tracking and lifecycle management of hardware and software.
- Work with IT team members to ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Support IT projects, including software rollouts, system upgrades, and process improvements.

Job responsibilities may evolve over time based on business needs, technological advancements, and organizational priorities.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) are considered an asset.
- Experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, or a similar role is considered an asset.
- Demonstrates technological proficiency necessary for handling the technical databases and programs essential for job responsibilities.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Contributes to a positive work environment through adherence to established policies and embodiment of organizational culture.
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365
- PHP and MySQL knowledge
- Experience working with Jira

**Abilities**
- Ability to problem solve and handle challenging situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to convey information relating to IT systems in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Working Conditions**
- Works in-office and/or remotely from home. Travel to Head Office, Distribution Center and Store locations may be periodically required.
- Works off hours during customer maintenance change windows and participates in on-call rotation support.
- Work requires moderate level of vigilance, concentration, and attention to detail.
- Sits for extended periods when in the office with the opportunity to get up and move around as desired.
- Must be able to collaborate with others calmly and effectively in mínimally intense or emotionally charged interactions.

**Conditions of Employment**
- Permanent, Full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Legally entitled to work in Canada under relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
