**Purchasing Assistant/Assistant Buyer**

**Full-time, Permanent**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**-upervises the inventory available and generates quarterly inventory report to be presented to the higher officials.**

**-Maintain purchasing orders and managing pickups according to the needs in time-sensitive condition.**

**-Coordinate and manage all shipping activities, including scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documents, and tracking shipments.**

**-Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to arrange and confirm shipment details.**

**-Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.**

**-Prepare and maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including purchasing orders and invoices and RMAs.**

**-Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipping and deliveries promptly.**

**-Support the team as needed on projects as they relate to pricing**

**-Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.**

**-Assist with building and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while scouting for and onboarding new ones**

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**- Strong organizational skills.**

**- Self-motivated.**

**- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities.**

**- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.**

**- Strong knowledge of purchasing process**

**- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills**

**- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization, its executive team and other department members**
