**Buyer (Richmond, BC)**

Reporting to the General Manager, the Buyer’s duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Daily inventory review and purchasing to replenish in timely manner
- Work with existing buying team to ensure are categories are covered
- Creating accurate purchase orders to match procurement
- Work with multiple suppliers to source best quality and pricing
- Procure special order items as requested by sales team
- Source opportunity purchases/new items and present to sales team
- Work with Sales manager to ensure inventory is turned over in a timely manner
- Attend and engage sales team in weekly meetings
- Assist in inventory count process quarterly
- Additional tasks as assigned by manager

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work in an office environment
- Comfortable working with computers
- Confident in ability to negotiate pricing
- Self motivated and able to learn new tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role considered an asset
