- How your role will add to the story:

- The Network Development Business Analyst plays a strategic role in the administration, support and development of the nationwide dealer network. The role focuses heavily on improving and correcting dealer performance, business case analysis, and leading cross-collaborative corporate ventures.
- A day in the life- Lead Project Management and support of special projects / facilities projects i.e. AMG Performance Centre Construction, Facility Audits, Dealer Visits, Buy-Sells, etc
- Manage the annual dealership facilities audit process including audit creation, setup, maintenance, training, rollout and review of facilities. Audits include Export & Reseller Policy enforcement, maintenance and reporting on national exporting and reseller activity, remediation, and enforcement of policies
- Management and administration of the Variable Margin Program (dealer bonus program), including cross functional collaboration, system development, quarterly results tabulation, dealer communications, payment and reporting.
- Analyze local markets including current dealer network and competitor networks. Use geographic software and internal data to prepare market studies and regional reviews for senior management as required based upon sales, registration and demographic data, incorporating field staff feedback.
- Maintain Mercedes-Benz Canada Global Standard Source for Network Data (GSSN). Support internal and external projects which require GSSN's open source API and network information.
- Administer all dealer files including: dealer memos, letters and network announcements.

- Mercedes-Benz Star skills, requirements & traits:
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business Management, Finance functions
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an automotive wholesale or retail environment
- Mapping Software (MapInfo & IHS) / One-Eighty / CDK
- Strong Excel / PowerPoint / Tableau/ PowerBI Skills
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Ability to travel and work independently
- Financial analysis and research experience would be an asset
- Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself
