Network Security Firewalls and Proxy Analyst

The Info Security Tech Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Security Incident Response Teams with incident investigations and aid in technical risk assessments
- Coordinate with system development and infrastructure units to identify Information Security (IS) risks and the appropriate controls for development, day-to-day operation, and emerging technologies
- Perform regular assessments based on changes in the threat landscape
- Provide information security support with related activities during systems development (e.g. authentication, encryption)
- Identify and develop new and improved technical procedures and process control manuals
- Identify significant IS threats and vulnerabilities
- Assume informal/formal mentorship role within teams and assist with the coaching and training of new team members

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
- Proven analytical skills

Business Technology Senior Analyst is mainly responsible for IT Network Security Projects for ICG Global Markets Low Latency Architecture and Engineering Connectivity team. Technical work includes New E-Trading Infrastructure Builds Projects related to Data Networking (Cisco & Juniper Routers/Switches & Network Security (Checkpoint, Juniper & Palo Alto Firewalls), On-Boarding new Citigroup clients on our existing and new Equities, FX, Rates, Commodities E-Trading infrastructure platforms in North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe Middle East & Africa & Latin America, Business to Business, users and or Servers and Applications Migrations Business Technology Senior Analyst to provide Global Markets Low Latency Architecture and Engineering connectivity solutions on all Network & Firewalls & Proxy Low Latency E-Trading Infrastructures for Global Markets Business, Business Technology Senior Analyst to process Network Security Access Controls requests, Load Balancer requests.. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Infrastructure Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's network security standards & policies.

As a Business Technology Senior Analyst, job responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Network & Security Projects technical work including Business to Business, users and or Servers/Applications Migrations, New E-Trading Infrastructure Builds Projects for ICG Markets business globally.
- Infrastructure Security Senior Technology Analyst to provide technical reviews on all Firewall and Proxy network connectivity Architecture & Engineering.
- Providing technical functions in processing Network, Firewall, Proxy, Security Access Controls, Network Segmentation, Linux & Unix Server connectivity and perform Architectural Information Security Risk assessments to ensure that the network security architecture is compliant with Citigroup’s Information Security Standards and Information Security Policies and other regulatory functions.
- Liaising with multiple technology teams (i.e. CATE Network Engineering; Firewall and Proxy Engineering and Operations including Integration; Perimeter Security Operations; System Based Computing; Remote Access Services and Business & Technology Information Security Officers); to facilitate cross-functional solutions as it relates to External & Internal Network connectivity aligning with Citigroup Information Security Standards. Modality solutions include (but not limited to) RAS, B2B, Firewall, Proxy, SEC ACL, Network Segmentation, and 3rd Party Architecture (TPA) solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems - Nice to Have
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Nice to Have
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Must Have
- Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP) - Nice to Have
- Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA) - Nice to Have
- 3-5 years of extensive Data Networking & Network Security Experience with Cisco Routers & Switches, Checkpoint Firewalls, Juniper Networks Firewalls, Palo Alto Network Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, Linux and Windows systems. - Must Have
