Working with TAC Sports means you will be working with a team that supports our clients in training and maintaining an active lifestyle.

We are seeking experienced instructors to coach our Soccer programs, after school programs, and our camp which runs Monday to Friday throughout March, July and August. Share your passion for sports by becoming a TAC Coach and join our winning team.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and promote the safety of all participants
- Prepare lessons, and lesson plans according to the required curriculum
- Plan, develop, and implement all training practices.
- Continuously develop and critique the curriculum
- Teaching students using a variety of different techniques including discussions, visual demonstrations, guided discovery, and where possible physical manipulation.
- Lead students through activities that will promote the growth of their physical, mental, and social development
- Identify each child’s individual learning needs
- Nurture and develop all athletes potential skills and abilities
- Evaluate students progress and discuss results with students, parents, and the onsite coordinator
- Tracking student progress by filling out weekly report cards
- Analyze athlete performance and modify existing plans for maximum development
- Participate in staff meetings and required training
- Assemble, maintain, and repair all supplies or equipment when necessary
- Motivate athletes for success
- Monitor the program, sports facility, materials, and equipment to ensure safety and provide first aid assistance when required.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations
- Additional duties as prescribed

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children aged 4-12
- Respect in Sport (e-Learning) - Required
- Making Headway in Soccer Concussion Course (Online) - Required
- Make Ethical Decisions Workshop (Online or In-Class) - Required
- Active Start U4-U5 - Required for Specific Age Group Only
- FUNdamentals U6-U8 - Required for Specific Age Group Only
- Background knowledge and experience in Soccer or other sports
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check
- Standard First aid and CPR C
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual - English/French an asset

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract

Pay: $400.00-$700.00 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
