As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand forward

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Design and execute a robust marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, attract franchisees, and drive growth across all Golfplay locations.
- **Franchise Marketing Strategy**: Develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials specifically for franchise recruitment, including franchise brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and event channels to support brand objectives and franchise growth.
- **Market Research**: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, franchise opportunities, and areas for marketing optimization.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize return on investment for both brand and franchise marketing efforts.
- **Brand Development**: Enhance and maintain the Golfplay brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives and franchise locations.
- **Partnerships and Sponsorships**: Build and manage relationships with key partners, potential franchisees, community organizations and industry influencers to expand Golfplay’s reach and reputation.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management and franchise stakeholders.
- **Innovation**: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative marketing strategies and franchise development tactics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on franchise marketing or development.
- Proven experience in the golf industry or entertainment sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand management, with a focus on franchising strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and franchise marketing programs effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and creative software.
- Demonstrated success in driving franchise growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
