Customer Marketing Director

What You'll Do:
- Develop the program strategy, campaign plan and content plan to engage customers with the expected outcomes of building relationships, increasing adoption, and driving growth- Build Relationships - develop a regular cadence of communication to build confidence and trust in the Bonterra vision- Increase Adoption - work cross-functionally with Customer Success to leverage content and programs into our regular customer communication streams that will improve satisfaction with their current product and increase adoption- Drive growth - Develop campaign messaging and campaign plans for upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the install base, driving leads for Sales- Develop our customer event strategy and content plan working with Product Marketing, Market Program Directors and the Event execution team- Align customer communication plans to the customer segmentation tiers, ensuring that customers at all levels are engaged, and give Sales air cover to support enrollment in the Bonterra Vision and growth- Participate in the cross-functional process for customer communications working with other leaders in Product, Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer marketing, retention, or related roles.- Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies.- Ability to think strategically and develop plans that align with broader business objectives.- Deep understanding of customer behavior, needs, and preferences.- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.- Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making.- Leadership skills to inspire and lead a team focused on customer marketing excellence.- Demonstrated ability to bring innovative ideas to the table and implement effective customer marketing strategies.
Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US base salary range: $113,400 - $204,200
