**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and warehouse shelves.
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by tracking incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing stock and maintaining cleanliness.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling heavy lifting tasks and operating machinery.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Forklift certification is preferred but can be obtained through training provided by the company.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if needed.

Pay: $16.55-$23.92 per hour
