**Role Overview**
As a **Delivery & Warehouse Associate**, you will play a key role in supporting both our warehouse and delivery operations. This hybrid role requires you to be both organized and physically strong as you help maintain our warehouse’s efficiency and assist in delivering our premium BBQ products to customers’ homes. This position is dynamic, with no two days the same, and requires a strong work ethic and a customer-first attitude.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Warehouse Support**: Receive and organize incoming inventory, prepare and pick orders, and ensure the warehouse is clean and well-maintained.
- **Delivery Assistance**: Support the safe and timely delivery of BBQs, grills, and accessories to customers' homes and outdoor spaces.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide a white glove delivery service, which may include unboxing, placement, and light assembly of products according to customer preferences. Assist with any on-site queries or issues, including collecting any rejected products with the proper approvals.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any minor issues or inquiries from customers on-site in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Loading and Unloading**: Safely load and unload products, utilizing hand trucks and other equipment as necessary. Ensure products are securely transported.
- **Product Inspection**: Verify product quality and accuracy before delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure delivery vehicles are well-stocked, organized, and clean for daily use.
- **Communication**: Work closely with the logistics and delivery teams to manage schedule changes, delays, and product returns.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in **warehousing, delivery support, or general labor** roles is preferred.
- **Customer service experience** is a significant asset as this role involves direct customer interaction.
- Ability to **lift up to 50 lbs. independently** and up to **100 lbs. with a partner**.
- Comfortable in a **physically demanding, fast-paced environment**.
- Strong **organizational skills** and attention to detail.
- Excellent **verbal communication** skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varying hours based on warehouse needs and delivery schedules.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to contribute to team efforts.
