The Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for creating and executing content across all aspects of Cyderes marketing to help advance awareness across of the brand position, value proposition and solution offerings. The social and content coordinator has the unique opportunity to build and support a strategy and plan that leverages our CEO, Robert Herjavec’s social presence and celebrity status to elevate the Cyderes brand while bringing additional awareness and gravitas to his brand across the business and cybersecurity industry. This specialist role is critical to the effectiveness of all Cyderes content shared on social media and other key digital channels.
- Assist in the strategy development for each social media platform that relates to the medium and audience for both Cyderes’ brand and the CEO.
- Channel the voice of the Cyderes brand and our CEO to ensure brand equity and high engagement across both entities.
- Work with our internal creative services team to create engaging content for various social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, with excellent judgement, instincts, and a sharp feel for the social media landscape.
- Write, design and post social media content that keeps up with trends while also maintaining the Cyderes brand.
- Help edit content ranging from quick real-time match highlights to campaign videos.
- Collaborate with the whole marketing department to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
- Manage social media analytics to report growth trends and help with the strategic planning of marketing campaigns.
- Constantly look to bring new, fresh ways to connect with the existing Cyderes audiences and expand to new audiences.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: *
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management or coordination, marketing communications or digital content creation.
- Experience using Canva or similar platform for design.
- Portfolio of applicable projects creating strong, engaging content.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong writing skills - proven ability to write “in voice” of the entity for which you are representing.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality of work or accuracy.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
